Dr. Keen and his expert staff are committed to providing you with the most advanced dental care possible. Dr. Keen has staffed the office with a team of professionals who are outstanding in their respective fields and who possess a gentle, professional demeanor. The highly skilled team of assistants, hygienists and administrators have been working together with Dr. Keen for many years. The entire staff is pleased to provide you with the personalized care and exceptional treatment that you deserve. The Dr. Keen Team makes certain that your every need is met in an effort to make your experience as pleasant and successful as possible.

We do everything we can to help you attain the treatment you need and want. As a courtesy, we are more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you to help you receive the most from your insurance benefits. Please note that our office does not accept insurance reimbursement money directly. Because all insurance reimbursement money is paid directly to you, payment is due in our office at the time of service. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan will be designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by our office include checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that other patients who are in need of treatment may be offered this appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged for missed appointments or for cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours notification.

Appointments with Dr. Keen are available Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. We are closed on Saturday. For your added convenience, we offer early dental hygiene appointments Monday thru Friday starting at 7:30 a.m.

Our regular office hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Early and late appointments are available by special arrangement only. Our office makes every effort to be available after hours or on weekends for emergencies, especially for new patients who are in need of emergency assistance.
